We will start with a 2-3 day self-guided pre-cleanse and then jump into five delicious days of guided programing which includes yan and yang inspired yoga, meditation and breath work practices along with some wonderful recipes that are off the hook delicious!

Each cleanse participant gets email access and online access to ask all the questions that you need. I also offer cleanse related acupuncture for any local participants.
