A TRUE STORY

For as long as I can remember, I’ve carried a vision to touch lives and make a difference. I didn’t always know what shape that would take, but I trusted that if I stayed engaged in my own process, the path would reveal itself, and it has!

Over the past 25 years of practicing in the Holistic Health field, my greatest teacher has been experience itself. Through my own journey, I’ve learned that true healing isn’t about quick fixes, but about living and embodying the practices that restore balance and vitality. That is what I bring to each client who walks through my door.

I believe healing is most powerful when it’s collaborative. Each of us is unique, and so the approach to care must be equally unique. With training in acupuncture, nutrition, meditation, yoga, and breathwork, I help you uncover the strategies that align with your body, mind, and lifestyle so your healing can take root in a sustainable way.

An old Chinese proverb says: “One disease, many treatments.”

This wisdom has shaped my philosophy — there is no single path to wellness, only the one that honors your individuality. By embracing your uniqueness, we co-create a plan that feels both natural and effective.

Whether you are navigating chronic pain, hormonal imbalances, fertility challenges, digestive issues, or simply seeking more energy and ease, I am here to support you in reconnecting with your body’s innate wisdom. Healing is not just possible, it can become a way of life.
