The spring season is the best time to cleanse, detox and step into your belly mind. We will start with a 2-3 day self-guided pre-cleanse and then jump into 5-delicious days of guided programing which includes yin and yang inspired yoga and meridian activation, meditation and breath work practices along with some wonderful recipes that are incredibly delicious!

Each cleanse participant gets email and online access to ask all the questions that you need. I also offer cleanse related acupuncture for any local participants.
