Yoga, Chakras and Smoothies
YIN YANG style yoga at the A-Frame Yoga deck followed by organic fruit smoothies infused with certified pure therapeutic grade essential oils. I will be joined by my amazing Goddess Warrior friend and healer, Kristina Ensminger, following the yoga to offer up tips on healing and grounding your Chakras using essential oils.
