This 2-hour Yoga lifestyle workshop explores seasonal awareness through Diet, Asana, Meditation and Breath.  In Chinese medicine, our bodies represent a microcosm to the macrocosm that is our environment.  By mimicking the natural environment and all it offers, we can unlock the secrets to maintaining  our health trough the transitions of the seasons, our lifestyle patterns and the shifts that come with aging.   Food, asana, mind and breath are medicinal approaches to healing from the ground up. When we align our lifestyle with these seasonal shifts, we are rewarded with more energy, strength and power to harness our own true healing spirit. Come sit in community and learn how to heal yourself from  the Yinside.
