Join me on the Yoga Deck and at the Beach in Fair Harbor for a day of yoga, lounging and amazing food inspired by the LK5 Summer Cleanse!  Your day will begin with a 5-Element Vinyasa Flow, followed by a  healthy LK5 Welcome Smoothie.  We'll set you up on the beach for a day of lounging.  There are bikes available for leisurely rides along this beautiful stretch of land. Your day will end with Laura's summer inspired Yin Vibration Sequence on the beach before departing for a casual meal at the A-frame and Sunset at Fair Harbor's ferry dock.  You'll love the vibe of this barefoot summer community.  Find your way to the ferry, flip your shoes off for the day and get your healing beach vibrations before the weekend begins.
